Yes, we accept returns!
We provide a 30-day return policy to all our customers. We start counting days from the day which merchandise was delivered to you.
You can initiate the return on the 30th day. It will be OK if we receive the merchandise after that. What is important is that we know about your wish to return the merchandise. We are more than happy to work with you.
We can either refund or exchange the product.
There will be no restocking fees.
For international customers, shipping costs are not refundable.
We will refund you once we receive the merchandise back. We cannot issue a refund when you initiate a return.
Please ask for a tracking number from your postal carrier of your choosing when you return the merchandise.
Returned merchandise must not be damaged, altered, changed, or tampered with.
